We love painting!!.... Our fifth graders that made this are in their second year of college now... Sometimes this is what I look like at the end of the day ❤️☺️ Why are we here?? Because we love Him and He loves us very much!!! ❤️☺️ Our model for baby owl day ;) .... It's Christmas everyday in the art room!! Our beautiful alumni that made this is in High School now! If we allow His light to shine through us...He can transform our world!! ❤️☺️...there's no purple in this blue tree... These faux crystals create beautiful rainbows in our classroom when the sun shines through... Some of my former students....lol Our Advent tree just waiting for his time to shine... Our beautiful lady and Mother.... Remnants of a fun night here at SMCS... We love our happy place!!

Welcome back! We are looking forward to another great year in the art room. We ended last year with our amazing Art Show and our selections for Texas Children's Hospital - Kingwood which is scheduled to be opening very soon. We have lots planned and can't wait to get started. Last year, I found it easier to post primarily on our Facebook page. This year however, I will be using both so join us here or on Facebook at St Martha Catholic School! Have a blessed year!!

In Kindergarten, we draw Starry Night together as a guided drawing. We revisit it again in second grade but this time they are on their own. They all did such a great job!! Here's just a few -

It's great to be back in the classroom after such a blessed Christmas break! Hope you all had a good one as well.
